QwikQuote allows you to create flexible pricing in the form of user-defined templates. The following screen shots illustrate a template that measures glass pricing by the linear foot. The user enters the glass size in inches. QwikQuote automatically converts it to feet. Finally, costs are automatically calculated in feet.

Problem: Cannot locate PDF files after selecting the button to write a quote to PDF
Solution: In QwikQuote versions 6.3.008 and newer, the default PDF location can be defined in OPTIONS/FILE LOCATIONS.

It is best for QwikQuote to be installed on the terminal server before proceeding with the workstations. Follow the instructions for Installing or Updating QwikQuote on a Terminal Server located in this knowledge base.

The QwikQuote update program is not a full install file. You can only update a working version of QwikQuote. Do not run the update program unless you have QwikQuote installed and working.
If you are running the 6.3.008 update on a terminal server, it must run MSI during installation. The file needed is msiexec.exe [...]

You must have Terminal Server Service on your Windows Server.
The latest setup program is available from QwikQuote Sales or Tech Support. The QwikQuote setup program MUST be installed though ADD/REMOVE programs. This is important and is the only way that files can be shared on a terminal server.
