Extended Price is incorrect

PROBLEM:

Extended Price is not correct.

EXPLANATION:

The Extended Price does not seem correct because of a selection in OPTIONS/PRICE LIST called Base Price.. Base Price adds the sum of the Base Price field to each item in the quote and reflects the sum in the Extended Column.

SOLUTION:

In the Base Price drop down list, select a blank field and and nothing extra will be added to Extend column.

HERE IS AN EXAMPLE OF HOW THE BASE PRICE WORKS:

ABC-1000: Total price = $10 + (.23 x 1000) = $33.

In the above example, $10 is the Base Price.

In the Base Price drop down menu, you can choose any price field on the price list as a basis for your base price. It can also be blank if no base price is selected. .
